The Trimodal Terminal site is an 80 acre riverfront development site located in Follansbee, WV. The property is strategically located just three miles south of the Weirton exit on Route 22/30 with both I-70 and I-79 within a thirty minute drive. The industrial site offers a unique opportunity for prospects, accommodating rail, barge, and road accessibility in a single site. Norfollk Southern Railway services the 22,000 feet of rail lines within Trimodal Terminal. At the present time, the 3,000 feet of riverfront can house over 40 barges in addition to the proposed off loading facility. Additionally, utility services are readily available with excess water, gas and electricity on site. The enormity of the land area provides the ability to accommodate large-scale structures. There is a water well onsite that can produce over 1,000,000 GPD.

Approximately forty-eight acres of the eighty acre development site still remain available for lease.

FSTI was founded in 1998, by shareholders Stoney and Staci Barton. Today, FSTI is a vertical chemical manufacturing and distribution company with locations throughout the United States offering a core product line of caustic soda, hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite. Trimodal Terminal is developing this site as a regional industrial park with access to transportation by river, rail and highway. Material transfer services are available to businesses on a fee-per-use basis, including a third party crane service on-site.
